Greetings from Vidya Poshak
Family!
We are happy to inform you that
with the generous help of the donors and volunteers the inflow of support to the
needy meritorious students by Vidya Poshak continued for the current academic
year also. We are pleased to inform you that the timely
support-financial,library,etc to the needy students helped them to perform
better of their education.We thank
you all the donors for their generous
support since inception for this noble cause.
To keep you updated on our
library activities, we are happy to share the following information:
Bird’s Eye
View of Activities:
v 12346 students utilised library services
including the computer facilities (Between April – Nov 2015 )
v More than 12202
books of their choise were issued to the
students.
v 1954 new
books were procured & 412 books were
received as donation. Now we have overall more than 78,500 books worth over Rs.1
crore.
v “Organised career guidance sessions of “WHAT AFTER PUC” for PUC II year sudents
of current year on 28th June 2015. The resource person was Sri. Avinsh
an alumani of V.P.Many students got benifit
v Conducted
workshop on “HOW TO FACE CAMPUS
INTERVIEW” on 15th October 2015.Resource person was
Sri.Venkatesh N, C.E.O of V.P. Many
degree students were beneficiares
v 371 new students enrolled their name as library members through our 6
library branches
v Online
application facility for various exams is free for Vidya Poshak and registered
member students
v Vidya Poshak
Central Library is completing it’s 10th year of holistic service
with the support of all kind hearted people.Hence we are planning to celebrate
it’s “Dashamaanotsva” with the presence
& blessings of H.H.Siddeshwaraswamiji. Many volunteers are contributing
their valuable time and selfless service, as mentor,donor,resource person and
so on for this cause.
